Thai green curry at last


There is something very therapeutic about making Thai green curry. It was my absolute favorite food during the last 3 months in Singapore and Thailand. So warm and spicy! So fragrant and so comforting. I didn't really care if it was with veggies or shrimp or chicken. I was in love with green magic liquid itself. So I was regularly getting giggles from my friends for scooping it out and leaving most of the "content" in the bowl. If I was making it myself, I'd for sure cook more green sauce and give less bowl space to the rest of stuff.

    I love tom yum, mango salad and papaya salad too. Will try to make those at home some time.

  3. I was just talking to my brother about introducing more thai food and he suggested green curry. This recipe is filled with things I love....so it must be great.
